Born September 19, 1959 in Strömsund. I started as a bass player in the punkrock group Cyklon B in 1978 which recorded the single Kris. In 1979 I switched to guitar and founded the pop/rock group Wattson together with the drummer from Cyklon B. Short after the release of the single Radiobil/Lär dig slåss we splitted in 1981 and I left Strömsund for Stockholm. There I was one of the founders of punk/new wave/prog-rock group Skallarna which released the single Leva och sparka/Sal nr 5 in 1983. In 1986 Skallarna disbanded and I joined the prog art rock group DumDurumDum, which did some performances on art exhibitions and similar events. I participated from time to time until the group ended in 1997. Between 1989 and 1995 I played with the 70’s rock cover band Welcome Back Jack. At the same time I started working as a musician in contemporary dance and theater and the last performance I did was 2000. Then came a period when I played very little.

In the early 2000’s the urge to play returned and I was one of the founders of the cover band that in 2007 became Brain.

The most important musical influences are Alice Cooper, Rush, Sex Pistols, The Police, King Crimson, SAHB, Black Sabbath and AC/DC. Of course there are a lot of other music I listen to but these bands has followed me through the years and I still like them.
